Xposure
Discover how you think. Explore what you’re good at.
Build real-world confidence.
What is Xposure?
Xposure is a 6-week immersive real-world simulation programme designed and conducted by UNBOXED, in collaboration with mentors, consulting partners and industry companies to help students recognise their strengths, sharpen their judgement and grow into more self-aware, capable decision-makers.
Rather than relying on conventional classroom teaching or predictable case studies, students step into a realistic organisational environment where situations evolve, information is incomplete and sound judgement matters.
They learn to analyse complexity, question assumptions, collaborate with intention and communicate ideas with clarity — capabilities increasingly essential in a world that rewards adaptable thinkers.

how is xposure different?
Many short programmes focus on one-off activities or broad exposure. In contrast, Xposure is a continuous, structured simulation where students progressively analyse a complex situation over six weeks. This allows for deeper thinking, sustained skill development and meaningful reflection, rather than surface-level participation.
