Xposure
Discover how you think. Explore what you’re good at.
Build real-world confidence.
What is Xposure?
Xposure is a 6-week real-world simulation developed by UNBOXED, run with mentors, consulting partners, and industry companies.
No tidy case studies. No textbook answers. Students step inside a live organisational challenge — where the situation shifts, information is incomplete, and sound judgement matters.
They leave with the capabilities a fast-changing world rewards: clearer thinking, sharper questions, intentional collaboration, and the confidence to communicate what they see.

how is xposure different?
Why six weeks, not six hours
Many short programmes settle for once-off activities or broad exposure. Xposure goes deeper.
Across six structured weeks, every student moves through a continuous simulation — one complex challenge, unpacked progressively from question to pitch.
-
Deeper thinking — students return to the same problem week after week, layering insight rather than skimming the surface
-
Sustained skills — research, validation, design, and communication are practised across cycles, not crammed into one workshop
-
Genuine reflection — six weeks gives students the time to notice how they think, what they're good at, and what they want to build next
